just plain old target always has really cute headbands if you look by the sunglasses...and there is this place called forever 21 and they have a huge pile of hair accecories to choose from.....

I agree with your first responder and would add that a place called Claire's, Icing, Kohl's and even sometimes in Hallmark stores or WalMart stores there can be cute and classy hair accessories. Beauty supply stores will have limited but very nice stuff and not what you would find in regular stores. Have you checked online for hair accessories? See if you can find a store that carries hair clips, etc from other countries. We have a store in our mall that carries things from Russia that are very different. Also we have specialty kiosks in the mall that carry only hair bling. Have fun looking and shopping.
