i bought 3 packs of clips (there was 4 in a pack so that is 12 clips total) and it covered my whole head with 4 layers of extensions. and it worked really well.

if i were you, just buy the clips and extensions from sallys and do it yourself.

Hi, Glamourextensions.com is where I purchased my hair from. I tried Sally's but was very disappointed as the sets they sell did not offer enough width to cover my entire head so I had to buy 2 packages $$$ Not to mention that the longest hair they carry is 14inches long in the clip ons and the hair is not so good quality. Glamourextensions.com has 39 inches of width with their sets (12 pieces) and they are very reasonably priced. Your concern should not be how many clips but how much width will you need of the hair and I would say definitely above 36 inches of width.
