i'm just thinking about getting some under my hair, not alot on top or anything. and which kind is the best to get? glue, clips, etc? Thanks

I've tried hair extension because i wanted my shoulder lenght hair to be longer. No, it won't make your hair grow slower. Go to a reputable hairdresser cos it makes all the differences. Mine was done so nicely that unless you really look hard you could hardly see the joint. Its some kind of band which they clamp it using a hot rod to your hair. Its not cheap. Its costs me more than 2k for the extension and after you have done the extension don't forget the MAINTENANCE. It would be better for you to go back to the same hairdresser who does your extension for washing and blow drying or styling of the hair. One of my friend simply went to her hairdresser and her whole extension started to drop one by one. Another thing, choose human hair over man made. Its expensive but it was really worth it. Ok, well your hair will not stop growing....nor will it grow slower.....only way that will happen is if you a balding! Now as for which is the best kind to get, glue...no....think about it, gross sticky mess....Now Clips would be better!
