depends on how fake they are
if they are real human hair extentions yes, u can style heat them , dye them... wash them
just like ordanary hair
but if they are synthetic u cant heat style or really wash them as they are fake , but if they are good and not cheap rip offs u can style them with hair spray . just make sure u get the hair spray out before re using them
