Can i make my own " clip " in hair extensions ?

if i buy hair extensions from sallys ( about 25 $ ) and a bunch of little clips ?- glue the fake hair to the clips ?



would that work ?



any advice ?

If you glued the hair that...could work....I'd use something strong like the super glue with the brush....Personally when I made my own clips....I bought the hair on the track...each place where I cut..I used glue (for less shedding) and then I sewed them onto the clips with a regular needle and thread...they held up fine..that was March..and I still have them none have fallen apart....

using glue might work, but i dont know how well they would stick. i've made my own by using the thread and needle used for sewn-in weaves, and sewing the clips onto the tracks. they're should be a hole at both ends of each clip where you can run the thread through and just attatch it to the hair. you should only need 2 to 4 clips per track-depending how long it is.
