I have long brown wavey hair, what can I do with it?

My hair is pretty thick, long and wavey, layered, almost to my butt, all I know is I put it up with a hair clip and thats it, I'm stuck for styles and sick of putting it up, what cool hair styles can I do even if I have to straightn it%26gt; please help? desperate for answers
